Surprisingly, over at the Ann Althouse Blog we have a report on the death of former Laotian General Vang Po. The few comments on the Althouse post can be found here.
This is all part of the legacy of our involvement in Southeast Asia. The political and military operations were larger than just Viet-nam. In my time in SEA I dropped bombs in North Viet-nam, South Viet-nam, Laos and Cambodia. And flew missions out of both South Viet-nam and Thailand.
