This Opinion Piece by Jim Pinkerton raises an interesting question, about who Republicans really should be. Mr Pinkerton tasks Republican Governor Mitch Daniels of Indiana as an example and suggests he might be a modern Whig. (Not to be confused with the Modern Whig Party recently formed by veterans from Iraq and Afghanistan.)
Maybe he is.
