This is a commercial from the Russian Communist Party, which is trying to make itself look like a third choice between Dmitry Medvedev and Vladimir Putin; like a Russian Ralph Nader. I would have said "or Donald Trump" but I think of Prime Minister Vladimir Putin as being more like The Donald.
Slick production. Interesting that they tie in the Mayan calendar running out.
