Earthquake in DC (5.9)
I felt the earthquake on the third floor of my house here in Lowell. It disconnected my Blogger Account, forcing me to log back in. We are reaching out to relatives in the area now.
My sister-in-law says it reminder her of a 6.1 she experience in California. In this one pictures fell off the wall and the ones on bureaus fell over.
I was driving at that moment and felt not a thing, but I suppose being so far away that's not surprising. Notice from my company's facilities team was my first news of it, and they confirmed our offices in VA were undamaged and that people were given leave to return home to check on their own situations. Business as usual for us here...
