Wrong Medical Studies

Here is a report, linked from Drudge, about unethical medical experiments conducted by the US Public Health Service.  Conducted on people in Guatemala.

I was surprised the article did not mention the infamous Tuskegee Syphilis Study.  There is a book out on it, Bad Blood.

This is one time an apology by our President to the leader of another nation was totally in order.  While what we were doing at the time did not come near to the level of a Josef Mengele, it was still an abuse of the freedom and autonomy of other human beings.
