Perhaps, but if you accept that posit, then you are perhaps willing to cede all information delivery exclusively to iPad. If information doesn't conform to the Apple zeitgeist.....it can't appear on your iPad. Jobs' vision was for Apple to be the absolute center of the information universe...and nothing less will suffice.
But what if your $850 iPad doesn't work? One wonders then about the paper subscriptions to periodicals that you missed.
I have an iPad....but I also have a Kindle....and for periodicals....I'll go with the Kindle......
