It is the Geography

Or so argues Robert Kaplan, in The Wall Street Journal.

I am not sure that is good news.

Please note, per this addendum to the article, the article is an effort to sell Mr Kaplan's new book.  If I had another book to sell, I would try this.
Mr. Kaplan is chief geopolitical analyst for Stratfor, a private global intelligence firm.  This article is adapted from his book, The Revenge of Geography:  What the Map Tells Us About Coming Conflicts and the Battle Against Fate, which will be published Tuesday by Random House.
This doesn't strike me as a Kindle book.
