Lt Gov Ready?

Over at The [Lowell] Sun is an article♠ about our Lieutenant Governor here in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts saying.  Here is the lede:

Lt. Gov. Tim Murray said Thursday he thought he would make a good governor and said he would seriously consider a run in 2014, though he is focused right now on helping the campaigns of President Barack Obama and U.S. Senate candidate Elizabeth Warren.

I am not so sanguine.
