Chilling and ugly, how laws intended to give officials latitude to take control of abandoned properties being used for drug transactions and drug use, have been interpreted to empower government to confiscate private property from private citizens without even the compensation required by "eminent domain" takings. This is wrong, wrong, wrong.
A partisan might be tempted to point out that a Libertarian philosophy would never allow anything like this to happen, but who is partisan these days...
