For John, BLUF: Credit going to Biden and McConnell for moving the ball down field. It is like Redskins magic, to use a sports analogy.
We want to bed about nine, but the new year seems to have come in anyway. One local wag suggested we stop the Ball half way down in its descent, to give Congress, and the President, more time to fix the "Fiscal Cliff" problem. If that is what they did, it seems to be working.
