I got to that blog post by reading this blog post on free speech.
Those of us who see free speech as necessary for our economic and political success must be ever vigilant. Gently talking back to those who would take away our free speech rights.

One hopes that your comment is facetious regarding gently talking back to those who would deprive us of free speech. The proponents of that agenda are not interested in a "conversation" or "dialogue." As we utter our disapproval of their agenda, it needs to be unmistakably loud and razor sharp in its message. In fact, I think that applies to those who wish to diminish or delete the first 10 amendments. Like a house of cards, once you alter or eliminate even one...even slightly....the rest fall like a house of cards.
