For John, BLUF: VFW Meeting. Nothing to see here; just move along.
Tuesday, this Tuesday, the 9th of April, is the monthly meeting of the VFW, Post 662, Walker-Rogers Post, 190 Plain Street. I am a member in good standing (my dues are paid up), but I am not a consistent meeting attender.
I encourage each of you who is a member of the local VFW Post 662, to attend this month's meeting, at 1930 hours. We will be discussing our membership in the Greater Lowell Veterans Council. We were members, and for good and sufficient reasons dropped out, but perhaps it is time to rejoin.
It should be an interesting discussion, and a chance to mingle with our fellow Vets.
