Rick Perry Is Raiding Other States

For John, BLUF:  If you want to grow your economy, you have to have something to offer.  Nothing to see here; just move along.

Now for the “Lamentation of the Women”

That is the title of a post over at the blog Legal Insurrection Sunday afternoon.  It is a reference to a comment on screen by a former California Governor, in answer to the question "Conan, what is best in life?"

In discussing the Massachusetts economy with my Daughter (we are the 30th largest in the world, if you don't count other US States), I noted that California, New York and Texas are the biggest economies in the US.  Texas is trying to grow by poaching businesses from other states, states with higher taxes and more regulations.
