This is old news, a couple of weeks old, but then sometimes things are better after some time has passed and we have the cold light of day on them.
Reporters Sudarsan Raghavan and David Nakamura, on 30 June, wrote about Former President George W Bush traveling to Africa. The duo wrote in The Washington Post. The take-away quote is here:
