For John, BLUF: Looks like the Republicans in Washington are becoming more agile. Nothing to see here; just move along.
This one is a little confusing. The part that is clearest is that the Republicans in the US Senate voted to support a Democrat sponsored Constitutional Amendment (procedural vote).♠ Bipartisanship got in the way of the Democrat messaging, which was that the Republicans are Neanderthals. But, then, a lot of us have Neanderthal genes. Thank you, Martha Katherine Ham.
