It seems the National Republican Party Deputy Press Secretary Raffi Williams is upset with the NAACP for ignoring Black Republicans elected to Congress this last Tuesday. One of those elected, Mia Love, is Haitian American, so maybe doesn't count. Maybe it is because Utah is only 1.1% Black (2010 Census). Maybe it is that she became a Mormon. Something.
