For John, BLUF: You can't tell the players without a program. Nothing to see here; just move along.
Earlier today I had a post on The New Yorker having trouble keeping the GOP Presidential Candidates straight.
Today the Instapundit points us to the Don Surber blog, which has an image capture of a New York Times editorial, "Gov. Walker’s ‘Drafting Error’", on Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker. The current version of the opinion piece can be found here. At least The Old Gray Lady knows of the existence of Governor Walker, which is more than The New Yorker knew.
The problem is, the original version, as captured by Don Surber, in the body of the article, continuously refers to the Governor as Mr Scott.
This was trigged by a Tweet by Logan Dobson (@LoganDobson) (5:42 PM - 6 Feb 2015)
NYTimes Edit Board ruthlessly attacks some guy named "Mr. Scott" who they claim is the governor of Wisconsin"Beam me up Scotty!"
Hat tip to the Instapundit.
