A revolting Development.  From The Daily Caller and Reporter Luke Rosiak we have a report on the GAO saying a couple of HUD Officials have to pay their salaries back.  Mr Mark Tapscott, writing at the Instapundit says:

The scandal involved a fraud in HUD that cost taxpayers hundreds of millions of dollars.  The two [HUD Employees] barred a career subordinate from telling Congress about the fraud.
