Put Lowell first, Mayor Kennedy

This is an Editorial in today's [Lowell] Sun, 24 July 2017. It seemed a little over the top, but the Editorial Writer does have a point.  It is time to come together.

And, the non-binding Referendum being pushed forward does seem like a waste of time and ink.
