For John, BLUF:  The Draft Bill gives no explanation as to why this additional law and additional administrative burden is needed.  I wonder if Lowell Schools will have to hire an additional Administrator?  Nothing to see here; just move along.

An Act requiring state agencies to collect Asian American aggregate data

I suspect this is a duplicate blog post, but it is strange proposed law at a time when Asians are being treated in higher education the way the Jews were before the 1960s.
