Watching Out Numbered just now on Fox News I heard Senator Richard Blumenthal declare Judge Brett Kavanaugh guilty of sexual crimes and state that if he denies it he will be lying.
With this certainty, why do we need an investigation?
My prime advisor suggests the Senator wishes to run in 2020..
