Four blog posts, in order, by Law Professor Ann Althouse, on the Biden Affair:
Vice President Joe Biden Interviewed by Ms Mika Brzezinski:

Columnist Andrew Sullivan column at NY Magazine:
You pays your money and you takes your chance. As the late Writer William Safire would tell you.
This may be a bit of a problem. What are we judging this by.
- Absolute: The Law. The statute of limitations has run out and thus there is no crime. Thus Joe Biden can’t be guilty.
- Relative to others: To Donald J Trump, who Democrats presume has, in the past, raped one or more people. Then it is a wash.
- Relative to his own standards, as articulated as a Senator: He helped set up the rules for college students. He is guilty.
- Relative to the Democratic Party. It depends.
- If it was your own Daughter?
