For John, BLUF: This morning I caught the first part of Democracy Now and was shocked and disappointed that News Reader Amy Goodman did not mention this terrible breach of Dr Bill Cosby's civil rights. Nothing to see here; just move along.

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court overturned Bill Cosby’s sex assault conviction due to an agreement made with a former prosecutor that prevented the state from charging him.What the Pennsylvania Supreme Court has set right is an outrageous breach of the Civil Rights of a US Citizen. What is equally outrageous is that there is apparently no recourse againt the proscution staff that allowed this to happen. Not just the prosecutor who did this, but his staff who stood around and let it happen.♠Cosby has served three years of a three-to-10 year sentence for his conviction of drugging and molesting Andrea Constand in 2004.
It is pretty obvious tht Dr Crosby did wrong by Ms Andrea Constand, but this kind of proscutorial misconduct is the garden path to tyranny.
