The EU

Google says the EU requires a notice of cookie use (by Google) and says they have posted a notice. I don't see it. If cookies bother you, go elsewhere. If the EU bothers you, emigrate. If you live outside the EU, don't go there.

To Shoot or Not to Shoot

For John, BLUFWhat is fairness and do we have a right not to be offended?  Nothing to see here; just move along.

The InstaPundit links to Tech Dirt, which says that the ACLU is on the wrong side of free speech in the case of a photographer who didn't wish to photograph a gay wedding.  The couple and the ACLU took the photographer to court and now it is up at the US Supreme Court.  Read the Tech Dirt article and then tell me what you think.  (Multiple Votes allowed.) free polls

Should an African American wedding photographer be compelled by the government to photograph a wedding of two folks who are openly in the klan?

I am not asserting any equivalency between gay folks and the Klan. It is a question of liberty.
