You Have To Be A Certain Age

My youngest brother writes me from Northern Virginia, via EMail:
So, I'm watching the Deutsche Bank Championship from TPC Boston, and I ask myself, "What would Rick think?"  After all, he'd said, "You're lucky the bar's open to you."
What would Rick think?  Rick who?  Rick Blaine, of course.  Think a man who, in a conversation with Sam—yes, that Sam—says:
Rick:  If it's December 1941 in Casablanca, what time is it in New York?
Sam:  What?  My watch stopped.
Rick:  I'd bet they're asleep in New York.  I'd bet they're asleep all over America.

Think Casablanca (1942):
[denying an official of the German National Bank entrance to the casino]
Rick:  Your cash is good at the bar.
Banker:  What?  Do you know who I am?
Rick:  I do.  You're lucky the bar's open to you.
But, then Deutsche Bank has been doing this for decades.

But, if the European Union doesn't get a grip soon that will all go away.
