Couple fined $13,000 for not making their farm available for a same-sex wedding, as they do for other events.

At the Althouse Blog post is this comment by "Madison Man":

I wonder (IANAL).  Could a Methodist deny access in a similar venue to Catholics?  I doubt it.

More interesting, could a Mosque deny access?

Did the punishment fit the crime?

$13,00 seems about right.

It should have been more than $13,000.

Jail time as well as fine.

A token fine would have been sufficient.

This whole case is dumb.

This whole care is about baiting people.
