Playing Fair At Work

For John, BLUFI think there is a new book out on this, Treating People Well:  The Extraordinary Power of Civility at Work and in Life.  Nothing to see here; just move along.

From The Atlantic, and Ms Olga Khazan, the September 2017 Issue.

Yes, this is a couple of months old, but it raises issues about how the workplace really works.  The very bad part is that bosses are supposed to be mentoring their subordinates, so those subordinates are (1) prepared to move up and (2) very productive workers, helping the organization grow and prosper.

Hat tip to the InstaPundit.
