The EU

Google says the EU requires a notice of cookie use (by Google) and says they have posted a notice. I don't see it. If cookies bother you, go elsewhere. If the EU bothers you, emigrate. If you live outside the EU, don't go there.

The Age of Sail Returns, Sort Of

The publication The Maritime Executive has a short article on a new, energy saving ship design, "Massive Hull Acts as Sail in New Cargo Ship Design".

looks awesome, however strong winds would cause it to rock, all cargo would have to be secure in it's place within it's container.

We have seen some large auto carriers whilst at sea
