Taliban Living Near You

Here is a headline from The Manchester Guardian about the war in Afghanistan
UK-based Taliban spend months fighting Nato forces in Afghanistan.

Taliban fighter reveals he lives for most of year in London and heads to Afghanistan for combat.
Here are eleven pictures to go with the story.

Well, they are living in the UK.  That is not us.  On the other hand, how do we know?

This is an insurgency we are combating in Afghanistan and that means guerrillas and that means the pace of the war is, to some degree, set by the insurgents.  That they might wish to return to the UK from time to time makes good sense.

I'm picking up what you are laying down, my man.

I too am deeply concerned about Sarah Palin, Rand Paul, Michelle Bachman and Rick Perry.

And well you should be.  But, maybe Chis Christie and Bobby Jindal are the more dangerous.

I don't worry about those two. They don't resonate the "angry white man" schtick enough.

You New England RINOs aside, Jindal is way to brown and foreign for "Kansas." (Though Nimrata Randhawa Haley pulled it off in SC). And Christie would be well served to consider gastric bypass or some similar remedy for his portly self.

American voters are fickle, wierd creatures. You're best bet is a Mitt Romney-esque clone. Maybe T-Paw.

Indies don't want to be scared of the White House. Look to find a cooler.

If the Tea Party will let you.
