The EU
Google says the EU requires a notice of cookie use (by Google) and says they have posted a notice. I don't see it. If cookies bother you, go elsewhere. If the EU bothers you, emigrate. If you live outside the EU, don't go there.
Before I go traipsing through this issue, could it be a function of the user's computer or web browser? It didn't auto-start when I went back to it through the link at the Blog Post (I am on a MacBook Air, using Safari). I too use "Blogger" and I have not seen a switch to allow this kind of function. I will look again later in the day, when I have time. Interim report.
