The EU

Google says the EU requires a notice of cookie use (by Google) and says they have posted a notice. I don't see it. If cookies bother you, go elsewhere. If the EU bothers you, emigrate. If you live outside the EU, don't go there.

Rep Scalise to Rehab

I had missed this good news with regard to Congressman Steve Scalise.

I would like to say that I spent five weeks in Belleville this Summer, starting before the shooting and extending beyond.  The folks of St Clair County, Illinois are a wonderful cross section of the American population, the shooter excepted.
