The EU

Google says the EU requires a notice of cookie use (by Google) and says they have posted a notice. I don't see it. If cookies bother you, go elsewhere. If the EU bothers you, emigrate. If you live outside the EU, don't go there.

A Speaker That Will Live in Infamy?

For John, BLUFSpeaker Pelosi tells that President Trump has been Impeached forever.  Nothing to see here; just move along.

From Hot Air, by JAZZ SHAW, 5 February 2020.

Here is the lede:

Does the House of Representatives have the power to rewrite history?  That’s one of the questions under discussion at the moment.  With the President’s approval rating continuing to creep upward and some analysts beginning to suspect that he might actually win a second term, House Republicans are now daring to wonder whether or not they might take back the Speaker’s gavel after the elections in November.  And if they manage that feat, one thing on Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy’s agenda may be wiping Donald Trump’s impeachment off the books.
Example cited is the censorship of President Andrew Johnson.  Later expunged.  While Speaker Nancy Pelosi says "Impeachment is forever" who remembers that historic tidbit?  Maybe the forever we will remember for a very long time is that Ms Pelosi rolled over to her Progressive Wing and allowed the President, and taxpayers, to be politically abused.

Hat tip to the InstaPundit.
