Nice Tie

For John, BLUF:  Has the Culture on Capitol Hill changed?  Nothing to see here; just move along.

From about a month ago, in The Boston Globe had an article on a possible Republican advertisement attacking US Congressman Ed Markey (D-MD).

For the young, it is about the House Banking Scandal.  Per the Wikipedia article, Mr Markey was not one of the 22 Representatives singled out by the House Ethics Committee, out of the some 450 involved.

But, in the photo accompanying the article, Mr Markey has on a great tie.
