Frankly, this sounds like more bluster from the Senate Minority Leader.  What would he do?  Throw a temper tantrum?

I would be much more impressed if Mr Schumer had expressed a wee bit of concern for a Deputy Attorney General suggesting we need to sideline the President.♠
