Out Back Question of the Week

This is an essay question, of sorts.

What is your definition of sexual harassment and does the actions of Comedian David Letterman fall into this category?  Why or why not?

Woman has innapropriate relationship with Letterman and then ex-boyfriend tries to blackmail him...sexual harrassment or extortion???
