The EU

Google says the EU requires a notice of cookie use (by Google) and says they have posted a notice. I don't see it. If cookies bother you, go elsewhere. If the EU bothers you, emigrate. If you live outside the EU, don't go there.

Menendez Down/Lerner Up

For John, BLUFMost transparent Administration in history.  Nothing to see here; just move along.

I blogged about the Administration going after NJ senator Bob Menendez back on 10 March.  Now it is reality.  The 65 page indictment (14 Counts of Corruption) has dropped. IRS Person Lois Lerner?  Not so much.  From The Hill:
The Justice Department won’t charge Lois Lerner, the former IRS official who first acknowledged the agency’s improper scrutiny of Tea Party groups, with contempt of Congress.
The news of both hit about the same time.  The difference wasn't just the outcome, but the fact that the Senator was opposing President Obama's course in negotiating with Iran and Ms Lerner was covering up the Administration's use of the IRS to harass certain Republican leaning organizations.

Every day for 694 days Editor Paul L. Caron of the Tax Prof Blog has given us an update on the IRS Scandal.  Here is yesterday's input.

For me Attorney General Eric Holder has been the biggest disappointment of this Administration.

Hat tip to the Instapundit.

UPDATE:  Time Correction.

Yes, Virginia, Ms Lerner is a member of the Massachusetts Bar.
