On City Life Producer John McDonough points out that the Lowell City (Mass) webpage photos of the City Councillors still includes Kevin Broderick, vice John Leahy.

UPDATE: It has been fixed, sometime today, Wednesday, 3 October and I give all the credit to John McDonough. Now the City's rather cumbersome webpage for sending EMail to the Councillors needs to be updated.
