Glenn Kent RIP

I see where retired Air Force Lieutenant General Glenn Kent, the Father of the concept of "Strategy to Tasks", passed away.  Here is the article from Air Force New Service.

I consider his work to be pioneering......and every bit as valid today as it was then. The only difference being that "analysis" today is viewed as "added expense" and is avoided when possible. And that is the root of all evil in planning and procurement.

But then, I'm an anachronism.
