The EU

Google says the EU requires a notice of cookie use (by Google) and says they have posted a notice. I don't see it. If cookies bother you, go elsewhere. If the EU bothers you, emigrate. If you live outside the EU, don't go there.

Democratic Party Convention—V

Now on to Charter Amendments.

The issue is Article 3, Section 2.  Well, I am not following this closely and if you are interested, I suggest you contract Ms Marie Sweeney, who has this all locked down, I am sure.

Passed by voice vote, but with some opposed.

Now we move to resolutions.  I would like to tell you what happened on the resolutions, but all the the Democratic Candidates for the Kennedy Seat were talking to the "Press" and that is where I was.

I am going to terminate this post and come back with my notes from the Candidates, and then with some pictures and then an overall assessment.  A more Mass Republican Party oriented set of comments will be over at the LRCC Blog.  Nothing secret, just the fact that I don't wish to bury those lessons.  A stronger Republican Party means that the Democratic Party has to shape up its game and the result is that everyone wins in terms of Government performance.  As one commenter noted on an earlier post, the Democrats can't run solely on Ted Kennedy in 2012.

The reason for this break in blogging is that once the Conference adjourned I went in search of a bank, of lunch, and went to pick up my mail (at the Post Office) and two prints, one with replaced broken glass and one with a new frame.  Then I went to Mass and then my wife wanted to go out to dinner.  These things just add up.
