The EU

Google says the EU requires a notice of cookie use (by Google) and says they have posted a notice. I don't see it. If cookies bother you, go elsewhere. If the EU bothers you, emigrate. If you live outside the EU, don't go there.

The Sign of the Beast

My Youngest Brother writes to ask (several of us):
Should we be worried that S. 1253, the Senate version of the FY 2012 National Defense Authorization Act, is 666 pages long?
Yes.

Are they totally culturally clueless on that side of the Capitol Building?

Absolutely we should be worried and if one examines Scripture, one cannot help but be impressed that the Beast is loosed in the world today and that the Antichrist is living among us. Most people will dismiss the thought as a result of intellectual arrogance, and it is that arrogance that sets the stage for the disaster to come. Imagine the surprise when that which is proclaimed by man to be myth and outright lies suddenly becomes quite true as proclaimed by God.

Oops!!

I think Jay Leno hit the nail on the head when he itemized a long litany of disasters that had struck the United States and then asked rhetorically, "Do you think that maybe this is a bad time to be taking God out of our culture?"

Dingy Harry and his minions are not individually or collectively the Beast, but they are certainly the handmaidens of him.
