The EU
Google says the EU requires a notice of cookie use (by Google) and says they have posted a notice. I don't see it. If cookies bother you, go elsewhere. If the EU bothers you, emigrate. If you live outside the EU, don't go there.

Carole Lombard
I knew Carole Lombard died in an airplane crash, but for some now lost reason I thought it was coming back from Brazil. Turns out not to be true.
This post is late, in that the anniversary was on the 16th.
