The EU

Google says the EU requires a notice of cookie use (by Google) and says they have posted a notice. I don't see it. If cookies bother you, go elsewhere. If the EU bothers you, emigrate. If you live outside the EU, don't go there.

Judge Wolf

Over at the mind tivo we have Kad Barma's take on Federal Judge Mark Wolf's decision re an inmate looking for a sex change operation, and my comment.  I am sure Howie Carr had fun with this and expect George Anthes did also.

UPDATE:  Over at the Dick Howe blog we have this take on the issue, by Ms Marjorie Arons-Barron.
