The EU

Google says the EU requires a notice of cookie use (by Google) and says they have posted a notice. I don't see it. If cookies bother you, go elsewhere. If the EU bothers you, emigrate. If you live outside the EU, don't go there.

For John, BLUF:  Schadenfreude is German for enjoying the misfortune of another.  Not good for the soul.

Now I'm starting to really wonder about this "unpaid social planner" in Tampa. How many unpaid social planners have this kind of access to our four-stars?

CENTCOM has to be our highest-profile COCOM.
